Joe Betts - Director
Joe started working in the
entertainment industry at the age of 14. He is a keen
worker, and progressed quickly to become a touring engineer
by age 18. Today he is the owner and Director of one of
Irelands largest Production hire companies.

Ian Betts - Director
Ian Joined Ard Soilse in
2007 to help steer the company in the right direction, his
experience in Industry has helped Ard Soilse achieve many of
its successes.

Jay Kavanagh - Rigging
Manager
Jay has been working in
entertainment for over 15 years, from theatrical shows to
touring to corporate events, his experience is wide ranging.
Jay oversees rigging work
on site, and in the warehouse.

Liz Betts - Rigging Dept.
Liz has been working in
entertainment for the past 5 years, her commitment to each
event is unrivalled, she is often seen either inspecting
rigging equipment or driving lorries.

Moritz Luttge - Lighting
Dept.
Moritz is new to our team, he
is dedicated to his work, and has proven himself invaluable.
Moritz handles prep of
lighting equipment in the warehouse, and can often be seen
on site hanging a rig.
